If you could build a team...
« Topic Start: December 04, 2011, 06:43:54 AM »
Sure, the whole idea of an SSU or Simplified Shared Universe is to keep titles and characters seperate for the most part... but that doesn't mean we can't have some fun, right?

So let's say you were forming a super-team of the In Comics/Breakthrough heroes. Who would you slap together and why?

As more information and more sketches arrive, options will grow, so no penalty for changing things up later on. ;)

See I have a small problem with the fact we seem to be against teams, I mean what about the Fantastic Four and the X-men, these are cases for the most part where the characters aren't exactly strong enough to stand on thier own but in these teams they work gloriously. Plus I still want my Rev. War team   ;)

Team books could be the way to go all ages, like lost in space with super powers.

The pilot would be a captain america style super soldier. The father would be a super medic. The mom would be a powerhouse, like Nova. The hot teenaged daughter would be the monster character with super strength. The young son would be a high energy character like Speedball mixed with Spiderman and the Human Torch. And don't forget the robot!

It would be like National Lampoon's Space Vacation. And I've even got a title - Distant Relatives!
